IT’S GAME TIME – DON’T PLAY WITH LOSERS

Let's be very real. In the world of smallCap and microCap stocks, there are a whole lot of losers. I am not just speaking loser companies, but losers in investor awareness.

Let’s say the ball represents 4.9% of your company’s outstanding shares. These losers catch the ball and run right into the opponent’s end zone . Then they spike the ball (shares of your stock) right into their brokerage account. Finally, they leave the field with the ball, 4.9% of your company and do nothing to increase investor awareness or shareholder. Instead they either short against the shares or sell the shares outright.

They do this with great spirits and a clean conscience. In any other business they would be facing charges. In the world of smallcap and microcap stocks, they have just scored.

There are other losers, too. Those that just get up in the morning about eleven, and check their email from the comfort of their laptop at the kitchen table. They are masquerading as investor relations guys, when all they do is talk a great game by phone… Usually in the afternoon.

Number one: We provide most of the services we perform for our clients in-house. Yes, in-house. That means that we are not trying to shave off a huge chunk of the budget at the cost of the campaign. When you spend with us, you are typically buying only the services we provide with our own staff and our own affiliates.

ASSEMBLING THE TEAM FOR YOUR SUPER BOWL

Sometimes we need to assemble a bigger team. We have our scouts always looking. We watch every campaign and see who is doing it the right way. Those are who we bring into the game on our side. We win by playing within in the rules. That means that everyone we hire must also play within the rules of the game. The team we assemble must also be effective. No dollar is spent unless we know that know it brings true awareness to the client.

All sports analogies aside for a moment, we know the other IR firms, deal makers and promoters. We know who is effective, who does it legally and who thinks they know the law better than the SEC. Assembling a team that does not do things the right way is not only wrong; it is enough to get you in the penalty box for several years.

WHY DO YOU NEED A QUARTERBACK?

This is what we do. We build teams to do great work on behalf of clients. One Quarterback has to run it. We are that quarterback. We have most of what you need in-house. When we need to do a bigger campaign, we can do that as well with a great team of running backs and wide receivers that are calling us just about every day looking for the next great deal.
